Ventury’s development expertise is underlined by the successful completion of numerous outstanding and complex projects, such as the planning of high-rise buildings and industrial facilities.

Currently, the company is planning the technical building equipment for the first hybrid timber building in Germany, which will accommodate office and laboratory areas. With the aim of creating a CO₂-neutral working environment for chemical, biological and physical laboratories with high safety levels, the highest requirements are placed on all media and building materials. This project will achieve DGNB platinum certification thanks to renewable electricity and heat generation and the focus on sustainable systems. For this reason, the project is part of Berlin’s Future Places.
