With a disruptive building platform, we are paving the way for the climate- and resource-friendly mass timber element construction for new commercial, residential and industrial buildings. By reducing developers' budgets, providing investors with savings and reducing overall risks, we are making climate- and resource-friendly buildings widely available.
Sensible hybrid mass timber construction with a passive energy system that can be adapted to various climate zones.
In collaboration with our project partner Thoma Holz, we are developing a timber construction system that uses softwood from sustainably managed forests to manufacture high-performing timber modules that last for centuries. Enhanced with locally sourced clay, flax and other infills, our timber construction’s passive energy system can be adapted to various climate zones.
With our building products, we eliminate repetitive planning and simplify construction while offering mass customization.
A building is a complex system designed by many planners and constructed by numerous trades while being influenced by an array of factors, including different climate zones and regulations. We aim to subdivide buildings into a high-level modular system to deliver various types and configurations of highly flexible building products for commercial, residential and industrial use.

Our one-touch building configurator facilitates seamless end-to-end building configuration for customers, with digital tools offered at each step of the project for successful developments. Customers are guided throughout the process with real-time visualizations and economic and environmental data so they can make informed decisions to meet their specific needs.
